The group members have actively participation in the discussion and put forward their suggestions. The group members felt that it is important to increase the trained manpower equipped with tools in the field of Biotechnology. To do so the group members felt short term training may create laboratory personnel.  It was felt to create expert manpower so they have suggested for persons to have more persons with MS, PhD. The group also suggested introduction of molecular diagnostics in the country institutional which will help facilitate absorbing created manpower.
